Netanya Bilhete is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse psychology, political science, research, and entrepreneurship background. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and political Science from the University of Alberta. She contributed to a groundbreaking cognitive neuroscience project throughout her academic journey and gained expertise in psychopharmacology, AI ethics, and artificial neural network architecture. She designed and filed Canadian patents for nanoscale neuromodulation processes targeting PTSD treatment. Her entrepreneurial pursuits led her startup to be shortlisted by the Department of Defence for the DRDC's IDEaS program, and she was invited to speak at the prestigious Global Horasis meeting on the impact of automation on global income distribution. In her previous role as a consultant & grant writer, Netanya excelled in securing funding from renowned organizations such as NSERC, Alberta Health Services, Alberta Innovates, CanExport, and the NIH. She is fluent in Spanish, French, and English, enabling her to foster relationships with many clients. Now, as she embarks on a new chapter, Netanya is thrilled to join Conxeppt Ventures as a project manager.
