What this site collects, and what happens to it.
Plain language, no padding. Last updated September 2026.
01 What you give us
Two forms on this site send anything to Conxeppt: the enquiry form on the contact page, and the fit assessment.
The enquiry form asks for your name and either an email address or a phone number, plus whatever you write in the message box. The fit assessment records four answers: what you are looking for, the occasion, your timeline, and the range you want to spend. If you leave your details at the end, it sends those too.
That is the whole list. There are no accounts, no login and no online payment on this site, so you are never asked for a password or a card number.
02 What the site records on its own
Page views, through two analytics tools. Vercel Analytics counts visits without setting a cookie. Google Analytics counts visits and does set cookies, the same _ga cookies used across most of the web.
Two first-party cookies, pom_vid and pom_sid, hold random identifiers so a form submission can be matched to the visit it came from. Neither one contains your name or your email address.
Your IP address is read when a form is submitted, only to stop scripted floods. The limit is ten submissions a minute per address. The address is not stored and not passed on.
03 Where it goes
Enquiries go into Conxeppt's own client system, which is built and run for Conxeppt by POM AI. Dave Pavelich and the Conxeppt team read them. The website is hosted by Vercel. Analytics data goes to Google and to Vercel.
Nothing is sold. Nothing is handed to advertisers. Your enquiry is used to answer your enquiry.
04 What you can ask for
Email contact@conxeppt.com and ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or a deletion. You will get an answer.
You can also block cookies in your browser. Blocking them will not break anything here.
05 Who is responsible
Conxeppt Corporation, Edmonton, Alberta. Canadian privacy law applies, specifically PIPEDA. If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes complaints at priv.gc.ca.
